Come, join us on this journey!**British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity as a **Business Communications Intern in Monterrey****ROLE SUMMARY**:**The Business Communications Intern will support the delivery of the Digital Business Solutions Hub's communications strategy at site level. This role will ensure the effective and efficient landing of key messages and global campaigns and provide communication support to the Site Leadership Team, local Talent & Culture, and various stakeholders.**:**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:**As a Business Communications Intern, you will**:- Provide comms support for local stakeholders, ensuring effective communications of various projects and initiatives developed under the Internal programs umbrella, including celebrations and recognition.- Contribute to the communications planning process, ensuring alignment of internal and external communications for campaigns and key projects.- Coordinate Monthly Town Halls and Newsletters- Drive effective and transparent communications and stakeholder engagement.- Execute the local comms budget and activities and manage relationships with external vendors.- Follow-up to Publication of messages in our communication channels [Viva Engage, Screens, Mail, Social Media, etc]- Drafting of communication messages and scheduling in the different channels- Creation of videos, banners, and different communications related to the BAU- Follow-up to action plans of the Stakeholders feedback received- Coordination of corporate visits and corporate events**EXPERIENCE, SKILS AND KNOWLEDGE**:**Experience Required**:- Student, no mandatory previous experience but desirable- Proven ability to coordinate activities in a complex environment.- Good understanding of multinational business- Creativity to power up the development and implementation of internal campaigns stimulating employee engagement.- Understanding of data & insights that can help to build content creation.- Creative, self-motivated individual, using high professional standards and able to bring forth a strong orientation to the quality level of services for internal clients.**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English, and proficiency in other languages would be a plus.- Experience developing different versions of content for a range of social/digital channels, such as infographics, data visualization, animation, and video.- Experience with content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design and video editing tools.- Analytical and quantitative analysis skills.- Good understanding of the organizational structure and business strategies of multinational companies
