He/she is involved in financial matters, proposes solutions to simplify processes, reduce workloads, increase productivity and deliver results.Responsibilities and Job Functions:Act as the Business Control Manager, ensuring the oversight of financial results and reporting activities for GEMS Mexico.
Challenge, manage and discuss results of the BU with managers on a monthly basis.Responsible for the preparation of monthly/quarterly business review meetings for GEMS Mexico.Responsible for the preparation of budget/MTP processes (V1/V2/V3) for GEMS Mexico.
