And we need people like you to make it happen._**Job Summary**:The Business Controller at Tetra Pak will support the Factory Controller activities specially, able to perform meaningful analysis and able to advise the organization towards right decisions. Support in controlling big investment projects from financial perspective. Strong understanding of accounting concepts. Very strong in using all current modern tools, Excel, Power BI, etc.**What you will do**:As Business Controller you will:Support Factory Controller activities in America:- Support Factory Controllers with business control related tasks- Lead and manage the business control activities (monthly closing, expense control, timely provisions etc.)- Support in Coordination of budget, rolling forecast inputs with factories for expenses, investments and KPIs- Support Analyze and drive investment spending plan for actual, forecast, budget periods.- Support to create investment business cases and follow up actual costs/results vs business case.- Ensure compliance to corporate governance policies and procedures and drive internal control monitoring- Support to oversee overall factory performance (KPI) and maintain indicator results in the reporting system.- Do benchmark activities to improve.- Able to do factory controller tasks independently, in case of any vacancy or projectsProduct Costing:- Analyze and monitor raw material MAP trends.- Ensure accurate moving average prices SAP in FG and Spare parts inventory.Systems and Tools:- Expert with excel- Able to Use Power BI to make or review reports- Able to learn and expertly use company's ERP (SAP)- Use of other company reporting tools (BO)WCM:- Collect WCM Cost data for loss tree and Factory loss cost matrix.- Support other pillars with analysis on monetary savings.**We believe you have**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related technical area.- Fluency in English spoken and written is a must- 3 years of Business Control experience in Factory Controlling environment.- Strong knowledge on SAP, BO/BW- Experience using Power BI to make and review reports- Expert in Excel, accounting concepts and able to interpret the financials to the business in a simple way- Self-driven and analytical person who can switch easily between a detailed hands-on approach and driving the bigger picture agenda- Ability to understand product cost and impact of different variables (e.G. volume, investment etc.) to support right business decisions.- Ability to learn on fly.- Ability to drive initiatives independently
