VirtualResource (VR) is a boutique consultancy supporting companies to maintain and optimise their HR system - Workday - by providing remote based resources to supplement their existing maintenance organisation team.**What is Workday?**Workday unifies a wide range of HR functionality into a single, easy-to-use system, providing company management with a way to oversee employee data, run global reports and perform educated workforce planning.**Job Requirements and Preferences**We are looking for a Business/ Data Analyst who knows HR processes and procedure (any country) to support an HR transformation programme eg:- Transform and enable better decision-making through the usage of advanced analytics- Partner business teams to understand the business area, work with the team to evolve and define the business problems, translate the same into an analytical problem, design solution approach to solve the same and help execute to deliver relevant insights that lead to actions.- Be creative and a committed problem-solver using Data and Advanced analytics skill alongside leadership and direct engagement of business leaders- Have proven understanding of business strategies, goals and processes, and how Business Analytics can positively impact themAs a VR Business/ Data Analyst, you will have the flexibility to manage your own day, as long as you meet your set objectives and client demands. Often your team will be a mix of on-site and remote based members who will connect using IM, video calls and an online ticketing system. Good communication skills and time management is essential for this role.**What skills are we looking for?**Our roles are remotely based, meaning you will be working from your home office, connecting with your client and team on a daily basis.To be successful in this type of environment, you will need to have the ability to communicate effectively (in English) with cross-functional teams, explain complex concepts in easy, understandable terms, align HR / business knowledge with Workday functionality, and proactively drive process improvements. You will need to be comfortable with video calls and be proactive in keeping communication channels open with your client and team.**Must have Skills Required**- Very good communicator- HRIS/ ERP's experience- Ability to work virtually and communicate with global stakeholders**Other Qualifications/Skills that will be beneficial but not mandatory**- Lean training (not essential)- Workday knowledge as end user (not essential)
