We are looking for a **Full-Time Business Development Representative** with interest in International Trade.
A Business Development Representative will mainly be responsible for selling the company's services by identifying leads, qualifying prospects, delivering presentations, negotiating commercial terms, closing deals and developing new and existing accounts in the following areas:
? Quality Assurance:
Supplier Managment Audits.
Compliance Audits.
? Quality Control Services:
Product Inspections.
Lab tests
? Customs compliance services:
Pre-Customs Clearance Inspection
**Area**:Business Development Department.
**Responsibilities**:meet and exceed sales quotas established along with Sales Management by increasing the existing account portfolio and company's revenue, following the next activities:
- Develop and maintain an objective and comprehensive sales strategy.
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
- Prepare and deliver company services presentations.
- Negotiate and close service proposals aimed to fulfill customer's needs.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments the setup of new customers accounts.
- Closely monitor the performance of all accounts aiming to assure customer satisfaction and service recurrence.
- Maintain a close communication and develop strong relationships with all customers to seek new business opportunities aligned with company's service offer.
- Follow up and manage all sales activities in company´s CRM system following the sales strategy.

**Authority**:He/she will be reporting directly to the Commercial Director.
**Evaluation**:Periodical evaluations every 6 months.
**General**
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarized with CRM systems.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- 1-3 years of sales experience or customer service.
**Specific**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Excellent ability to communicate in writing and verbally in English is desirable.
**Remarks**
In addition to the typical educational and experience requirements, a demonstrated capability to perform the essential functions and responsibilities of the position and exhibit the skills and competencies of the position will be considered.
**Compensation**:
- Salary according to experience and skills.
