Sofia is seeking highly talented Business Developers with a minimum of 2 years of staffing agency experience to join our dynamic team.
As a Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and fostering long-term relationships within the real estate industry.
This position offers competitive hourly rates above market value, along with commission incentives for closed deals.
**Responsibilities**:- Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients in the real estate sector.- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage with prospects.- Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns.- Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to management.
**Requirements**:- Minimum 2 years of experience in a staffing agency or similar sales role.- Exceptional language skills, both written and verbal.- Established LinkedIn network with 500+ connections, preferably in the real estate space.- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.- Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar customer relationship management software.- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals.- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
**Requirements**:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/business development within an offshore employment/staffing agency.- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.- Familiarity with recruiting platforms and a keen understanding of the hiring landscape.- Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably HubSpot.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to business development.
