While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.**What you will learn and contribute to**As part of our team, you will:- Lead Sales BG (Business Group): MN (Mobile Networks)- Responsible for Nokia entry and sales growth of Nokia Mobile Networks (RAN) and associated services to Telcel.- Develop a solid relationship at Telcel´s CXO level- Build position, increase market share in RAN domain and be a trusted advisor in account.- Present proactive solutions and recommendations to customer, management, and/or partners that can benefit customer's needs.- Provide clear business insight and market knowledge to drive solutions to meet customer's business objectives.- Work in team in MN and cross all BGs (Business Groups) Nokia.- Responsible for E2E follow up (Forecast, PO, Implementation, Delivery, Acceptance and Cash collection).**Your skills and experience**You must have:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.- At least 15 years' experience in sales and/or business development- Proven success in quota attainment and strategic account planning.- Experience working with Telcel with and strong networking at CXO level.- Experience selling Mobile network infrastructure to top tier service provider and suggest/implement growth strategies.- Experience in consultative selling of Mobile Network solutions with the ability to anticipate and identify business needs, develop recommendations and solutions.- Proficient business acumen in planning and organizing, information integration, decision-making and ability to achieve results while focusing on customer requirements and business success.- Fluent English and Spanish Speaker.**It would be nice if you also had**:- Master's degree in business.- Knowledge of Nokia MN RAN solutions.- Experience to work with Global Accounts, aligning strategies, prices and go to market
