We take pride in helping clients realize their dream of securely owning real property in Mexico, and as one of the only firms equipped to help US Citizens obtain mortgage financing on residential property in Mexico, we are the international experts.
We provide purchase money and rate/term and cash-out financing on everything from new construction condo developments to custom homes featured in world-renowned architecture and travel publications.
Over the past 4 years, we have worked tirelessly with the Mexican government to create a proprietary legal structure that delivers a reliable process for non-Mexican nationals to not only own property in Mexico, but to do so in highly desirable coastal regions that were previously classified as restricted zones.

We are looking for team-oriented individuals with current mortgages sales experience, and a desire to provide exemplary client service to our clients.
IDEALLY YOU HAVE:

- Recent mortgage or real estate experience in a producing role
- Knowledge of non-QM or portfolio lending
- Experience working with affluent clientele with basic and complex income and holding structures
- A track record of exceeding sales/revenue targets
- A track record of delivering excellent service to both external and internal clients
- Ability to connect and work with colleagues and partners in Mexico and the United States
- Set an exemplary standard - you consistently hold yourself to the highest standards of ethical conduct
- Desire to work in a culture of meritocracy and thrive in roles with a pay-for-performance philosophy
- A strong technical aptitude, comfort with a nearly paper-less work environment
- A desire to wear multiple hats and thrive in a "startup" type environment
- Ability to travel to beautiful Cabo San Lucas (or other destinations in Mexico and US) as needed
- Comfortable with social media and digital marketing
- A reputation for developing win/win relationships with internal colleagues and working strategically and collaboratively to serve clients and be a problem solver.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU:

- Possess a strong network or contacts in the real estate/builder/developer and/or mortgage industry
- Have a passion and enjoy working in home finance/mortgage and would like the opportunity to "mix it up"
- Exceptional communication skills internally and externally along with excellence in written correspondence
- Speak English and Spanish
- Have familiarity with Encompass

OPPORTUNITY

Until now, property purchases by US Citizens in Mexico have largely been done without financing, largely because of the lack of reasonably priced finance options for buyers in this market.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Global Mortgage Advisor - Originations

Reporting to and working closely with the Retail Sales Channel Manager and colleagues in the US and Mexico, you will support the execution for the firm's exponential growth plan.
- Engage clients and prospects to tell our story, educate and counsel borrowers on financing options in Mexico
- Work with borrowers and discuss costs associated with buying properties in Mexico
- Navigate customer concerns with industry knowledge, professionalism and impeccable customer service
- Participate with operations staff to structure best outcome for borrower when needed
- Leverage digital sales tools to track and monitor sales and lead activity.
