**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Be proactive in the search and identification of potential prospects to contact, considering the commercial focus and priorities of the organization. You should continuously identify new opportunities to generate first contact, answer basic questions, and generate a meeting with the rest of the sales team.

**Expected Results**:

- Good time management.
- Follow-up on contacts made.
- A conversion rate of contacts to appointments of 35% or more in the first 3 months.
- Proactive in prospecting and identifying opportunities.
- Identify improvements/make proposals to the sales process.
- Know the services/product portfolio of the group.
- Know market trends (partners, competition, main technologies, among others).
- More than 100 new contacts in the first month with classification and follow-up of each one.

**Requirements**:

- Identify approach and contact opportunities considering the company's focus sectors
- Effectively communicate the purpose of the approach
- Have a weekly action plan for contact, follow-up and meeting agenda to pass.
- Know the profile of the people to contact.
- Respond to basic questions during the first contact.
- Manage prospects in the first phase of the sales cycle (first contact and follow-up until meeting with the Sales Director).
- Follow up on contacts made and keep track of the cycle or reaction presented.
- Develop good relationships with defined prospects maintaining a high level of service.
- Monitor new market trends.
- Keep proactive records of activities, follow-up, and results obtained.

Required Knowledge:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with internal relationships and customers or prospects.
- Indispensable technical knowledge.
- Experience in software sales.
- Security when contacting prospects.
- Skills to generate relationships.
- Show initiative.
- Advanced English level.
- Agenda flexibility.
- Openness to learning about new products or trends.
- Adaptability to changing priorities.
- Proactive follow-up on first contacts that have not moved to the next phase (meeting).
- Be organized to carry out a weekly and daily contact activity plan.
- Good writing skills without spelling errors.
- Complete knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Additional training for the position:

- Basic knowledge of AWS.
- Business models.
- Technological sector trends.
