Business Development

**We need a person who will be involved in**:

- **Analyzing new markets and opportunities, identifying the most beneficial ones**
- **Leading the prospects from the first contact to closing the deal**
- **Running full cycle of negotiation with prospects**
- **Conducting pre-sale calls with prospects, identifying their needs and presenting the value of our offering**
- **Being a point of contact for the prospect throughout the whole pre-sale cycle**
- **Ensuring the constant flow of prospects in order to meet target business goals**
- **Forecast new opportunities and markets for further growth**
- **5+ years of experience in the role of Sales Manager/Business Development Manager in IT companies and/or Retail**
- **Excellent networking with the Retail Chains is a must**
- **Proven success in complex C-level negotiations**
- **Business fluency in Spanish and English are required languages**
- **Experience in Retail sales with portfolio of successfully closed deals that you can present and describe in detail**
- **Experience in full-cycle sales starting from lead generation through pre-sale and upsale up to successfully closing the deal**
- **Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently**
- **Proactive approach, being a self-starter**
- **Good analytics and troubleshooting skills**
- **Wide professional network (LinkedIn or alike)**
