Our company is a globally recognized Best Place to Work.As a Business Development Executive within the Hills organization, is responsible for implementing and ensuring execution and compliance with strategies and sales plans in order to drive profitable sales and market share growth. Also handles Distributors making sure we are providing the accurate mentorship and support to develop the market within the distribution area. The BDE also leads yearly JBP implementation assuring the Distributor is following the aligned critical metrics enhancing the agreed available tools/resources while managing commercial funds. This position serves also as the technical liaison for the Distributor Sales team being responsible for consulting, mentor and training Distributors sales reps and technical teams to drive sales and increase Vet recommendation.**What you will do**:- Achieve sales, volume, margin and SOM targets through excellence in 6P plan execution in the region.- Implement the Veterinarian channel activity grid & manage commercial funds.- Ensure in-depth knowledge of the region and the channel by understanding key drivers of business, adequate monitoring and adjust plans or proactively make realistic recommendations as appropriate to achieve or exceed business goals.- Lead Distributor JBP implementation & tracking.- Monitor distributors' T&Cs and agreed critical metrics actively support the achievement.- Support the distributor for a consistent implementation of the sales and technical coverage plan (including Virtual calls). Monitor periodically clinic classification, call frequency, territory coverage and efficiency KPI's and recommend remedial plans when needed.- Close teamwork & support to distributors' stakeholders.- Conduct monthly distributors' sales reps technical training & business update.- Ongoing field mentor & sales team engagement.- Participate in key customers (relevant clinics & pet stores) meetings and demonstrate strong engagement with the local Vet Unions & KTL.- Participate in the main congresses of the country
