Generally accountable for delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses/ geographic regions. Exercises control over resources, policy formulation and planning. Primarily affects a sub-function. Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own area. Full management responsibility of a team or multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning, to include performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval.**Responsibilities**:- Provide leadership to the brokerage network with strong focus on credit cycle and people management- Leads/participates in the design, implementation, and management of core business/group processes.- Lead cross functional teams & Knowledge- partner & influence effectively across diverse stakeholder groups, including research -competitors, credit channels, operations, finance, analytics, risk management, legal, compliance and tech.- P&L management - deep understanding of P&L to ensure products both deliver market leading customer value value to our shareholders- Provide sales leadership to Sales Heads, RMs/ROs, and Service RMs/Officers to exceed financial plan numbers and net promoter score targets- Collaborates on Loan and Account origination process design, enhancements and cross-sell tools
