Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) in the B2B Fintech space to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing and expanding relationships with our B2B partners. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth, ensure partner retention, and promote upsell opportunities in a fast-growing industry.**Tasks**:- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B partners and identify growth opportunities; - Ensure partner retention by addressing their needs and developing engagement strategies; - Promote and upsell additional tools and services, introducing new products aligned with partner goals; - Oversee customer success initiatives, offering comprehensive business development approaches to increase trading volume; - Provide industry insights and recommendations to help partners optimize their performance.**Requirements**:- 2-5 years of experience in B2B Business Development, Sales, or a related field, ideally in IT/Fintech; - Strong marketing and business process creation skills; - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities; - Fluency in English is required, along with proficiency in one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, or Thai.
