As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.**Responsibilities**:- **Business Expansion**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics sector, focusing on freight forwarding services.- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.- **Market Analysis**: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.- **Strategic Partnerships**: Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish and nurture strategic partnerships with freight forwarders, carriers, and other relevant entities.- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while aligning with company objectives.- **Reporting**: Provide regular and accurate reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to senior management.**Qualifications**:- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field. (MBA is a plus)- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development within the logistics industry, with a focus on freight forwarding.
