TFT primarily works in three key areas:- Technology Solutions as Service: Customer Relationship Management, ArtificialIntelligence, Business Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, App development &Quality Assurance- Software Engineers as a Service: Enhancing client's team with top engineers- End-to-end Product Engineering: Ideation, creation of architecture, designing, implementation, testing & maintenance.Our company is looking for a business development person who will be the face of the company and play the key role in establishing TFT in the Mexico market.**Duties and Responsibilities**- To focus on outbound sales- To research Mexico market to identify clients that will benefit TFT- To manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing- To develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the target organizations- To act as a bridge between customer and TFT delivery team (Account Management)- To negotiate contract terms with the clients- To cross-functionally collaborate with various teams for working on proposals**Qualification**- Minimum a graduate, in any stream- Proficiency in English language (both oral and written)- 5+ years' experience in similar position in IT industry or enterprise-level sales- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close the deals- Excellent networking skills- Ability to work out one's own initiative, expand and generate business- Ability to work under pressure**Benefits**- Quarterly Performance Bonus- Benefits better than those required by lawTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayoresIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
