**The Business Development Manager**, will work closely with Business Development Deparment, to drive sales and marketing, strategic planning and the development of new business.
**Duties And Responsibilities**
- Primary point of contact between the company and clients
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Liaise between Operations Managers and clients to make sure client needs are being met.
- Represent company at regional tradeshows and other events that will promote the awareness of company and services available.
- Create and implement strategy for growth pipeline in Mexico.
- Monthly reports detailing activities.
- Effective management of all advertising and promotion activities and needs.
- Working with Operations to design and commission new locations
- Other initiatives, projects and tasks assigned.
**Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**
- **Must have Bachelor's Degree in geology, chemistry, or equivalent experience in minig fields.
**:
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in business development.
- Strong proficiency in communications - verbal and written
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record of achieving target objectives and outcomes
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Effective problem solving and negotiation skills to handle time critical matters
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver engaging presentations
