The **Business Development Manager **will be instrumental in driving new business growth, with particular focus on acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships.
This role involves managing the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to contract signing, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and engage potential customers through direct methods (cold calling, face-to-face meetings) and indirect methods (networking, referrals).
- Secure contracts with new clients assigned sales quotas and growth targets.
- Understand and assess customer challenges, needs, and goals to propose tailored solutions.
- Educate prospects on business, value propositions, and cost-benefit analyses to facilitate informed decisions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans, outlining strategic motivators, stakeholders, buying processes, and forecaster sales opportunities.
- Partner with technical staff, product specialists, and delivery team to ensure customer requirements are understood and addressed effectively.
