What You'll Do
As a Business Development Professional, you'll take the lead in:

- ** Generating Leads**: Identify and develop new client opportunities from scratch.
- ** Market Mapping**: Analyse your territory and strategically plan your approach.
- ** Cold Outreach**: Turn introductions into productive client meetings consistently.
- ** Client Engagement**: Attend regular face-to-face meetings to foster strong relationships.
- ** Solution Selling**: Offer a diverse range of printed rigid and folding carton packaging solutions.
- ** Consultative Expertise**: Advise clients on structural engineering, print specifications, and pricing while collaborating with internal teams.
- ** Closing Deals**: Secure new business and nurture relationships for ongoing growth.
- ** Account Management**: Maintain proactive, consistent communication with clients by phone and in person.
Who You Are
- Proven expertise in the full sales cycle, maintaining high levels of activity and success.
- Mastery of cold calling, consultative selling, and deal closing.
- Experience in selling printed packaging solutions, ideally in luxury paper packaging or printed folding cartons.
- Strong background in managing B2B accounts and services.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and strategic with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident and professional communicator with excellent IT skills.
- Field sales experience and a full, clean driver's license are preferred.
