**Responsibilities**:- Research and identify potential clients who can benefit from the company's factoring services.- Maintain accurate records of communications and the status of potential clients and follow up effectively.- Qualify leads based on their interest and purchasing capacity.- Collaborate with the sales and business relations team to transfer qualified leads.- Participate in the creation and execution of lead generation strategies.- Stay updated on the company's products and services and effectively communicate their value proposition to leads.**Requirements**:- Previous experience of at least 3 years in lead generation, preferably in the financial industry.- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.- Proactive attitude and results-oriented.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking.- Ability to establish effective relationships and gain the trust of potential clients.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Focus on quality and attention to detail.**Must-Haves**:- Previous experience of at least 3 years in lead generation, preferably in the financial industry.- Experience in Landing New Accounts & in Expansion of these Accounts.- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.- Proactive attitude and results-oriented.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**Salary**: $422,031.00 - $622,031.00 per year**Experience**:- Business development: 4 years (preferred)- Lead generation: 4 years (preferred)- Financial services: 4 years (preferred)- Financial sales: 4 years (preferred)Work Location: In person
