The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in driving new business growth, with particular focus on acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships.
This role involves managing the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to contract signing, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities, consult with prospects on their business challenges, and achieve ambitious sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential customers through direct methods (cold calling, face-to-face meetings) and indirect methods (networking, referrals).Secure contracts with new clients assigned sales quotas and growth targets.
Understand and assess customer challenges, needs, and goals to propose tailored solutions.Educate prospects on business, value propositions, and cost-benefit analyses to facilitate informed decisions.
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans, outlining strategic motivators, stakeholders, buying processes, and forecaster sales opportunities.
Partner with technical staff, product specialists, and delivery team to ensure customer requirements are understood and addressed effectively.
Required Qualifications:Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong relationship-building capabilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to effectively engage with key stakeholders across various organizational levels.
Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
Demonstrated history of achieving significant sales achievements.Preferred Qualifications:Proven experience in enterprise software sales.
