A minimum of years of proven success in lead position in Marketing Agencies. Perfect knowledge of the market (especially e-commerce, retailers) Personal contacts among top management of mexican Market Leaders ir e-commerce are a huge bonus Background in at least one or a combination of business development, strategy, operations, venture building, management consulting, branding, project management, venture capital, and portfolio management Effective communicator, able to represent DRIM and make sales to the Market Leaders in E-commerce in Latam (Mexico, Columbia and others) Experience working with bloggers or affiliate networks will be an advantage Broad outlook in Digital marketing and knowledge of Digital products A confident level of Spanish and English Prior experience in cross-border collaborative business development projects Data-driven approach to decision making Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to drive agendas and execute with mínimal guidance or supervision Learning ability. What we aredoing is not a rocket science, but still, it is a specific topic you need to be aware of. So, you will have to learn both at the beginning and in the process of work Skills of negotiating with companies' top officials, arranging meetings, conducting presentations Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Responsibilities:
Business Development we have a great product which is new for Latin America. We need a person who has strong contacts base of Executive of local and global Market Leaders (e-commerce, e-grocery, retailers, finance) and Marketing Agencies Top Management Co-develop and execute go-to-market strategies for CPA-model in gerneral and DRIM in particular Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic agreements to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics (especially with local and global marketing agencies) Bring new clients to DRIM montlhy (global and local Market Leaders in e-commerce) Maintain client relationships, specifically in the LATAM region Drive revenue and meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets Create and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, ensure customer satisfaction Manage operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management Create & articulate compelling value propositions around DRIM services Analysis of project results and identification of opportunities for improving company performance Interact with the internal departments of the company in order to solve the client's tasks Conditions:
