Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Business Development Manager for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico City. In this role, you will join the rapidly growing sales team ready to share their experience and help you improve your professional skills. As part of your job, you will need to research new opportunities, contact different companies, and set up introduction meetings. - At least 2 years of experience in business development or lead generation.
- Fluently speak and write in English and Spanish.
- Sales and results-oriented mindset, outgoing personality, and persistent and proactive.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Related higher education with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Responsibilities:
- Active prospects' research using tools like LinkedIn, Zoominfo, and other social networking tools and databases to generate leads.
- Work with the corporate CRM system to develop and maintain prospects.
- Set up intro meetings for senior BMs.
- Will be a plus:
- Basic technical understanding of IT.
