The position

We are looking for the next game changer to join the team as a Business Development Manager. To consider this role you must be located in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Uruguay. We are looking for a highly-skilled, mission-driven individual with boundless drive and enthusiasm for digital transformation.

**Responsibilities**:
Recognize opportunities and arrange meetings with decision-makers for ecommerce and retail clients, driving significant value for them and maximizing our strengths in the local market

Provide insights into local market needs

Lead all aspects of negotiations through a consultative sales process and long-term business relationship

Own and lead negotiations and solidify commercial agreements with senior-level executives on the client side

Help launch new clients in collaboration with the account management team

Synthesize customer feedback to help advocate for our product roadmap

Work cross-functionally and creatively utilize our entire organization to develop new partnerships

Represent Yandex at industry conferences and events, including participation in industry panels when appropriate

Qualifications:
3-5 YoE Good understanding of the ecommerce and retail market in the country

Knowledge of top players and ability to reach their decision-makers

General familiarity with digital advertising

Knowledge of performance marketing tools

Fluency in English and Spanish
