**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand their unique business needs, challenges, and goals, and position Rakhere Technologies as a valuable solution provider.
- **New Client Acquisition**: Leverage your expertise to convert leads into successful business partnerships. Drive the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to position Rakhere Technologies effectively and tailor your approach to meet the evolving needs of clients.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience. Provide insights and feedback to help refine products and services based on client feedback.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Contribute to the formulation of effective sales strategies and initiatives to penetrate new markets and expand the company's client base.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets using the company's CRM system.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager, with a track record of successful client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Strong proficiency in cold calling and lead generation, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility over the phone.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, demonstrated by a history of successfully closing complex deals.
- In-depth understanding of various sales techniques and strategies, with the ability to adapt approaches to different client needs and industries.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong determination to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
