Key responsibilities include nurturing existing customer relationships, developing new ones, and leveraging a deep understanding of your assigned geographic region to implement tailored growth strategies. You will conduct market research to identify trends and qualify leads and hold regular calls and business reviews with customers to ensure alignment and drive results. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth and customer success.
A Typical DayExecute sales plan by leveraging our OEM partnerships, value proposition, and supply chain solutionsResearch, identify and develop new account opportunitiesContact prospects through various outbound channels such as phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc., to promote Parts Town capabilities and customized solutions to key decision-makersUtilize a CRM (Salesforce) for tracking the development of account opportunities, new prospects, and communication detailsWhen the business need arises, travel to our targeted prospects, customers or trade showsCultivate a network of influential contacts at all levels of customers to achieve sales objectives within assigned customersWork collaboratively with other sales team members, marketing, and customer experience teams to maximize initiatives by sharing knowledge and developing proactive toolsResearch and monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales and analyze weekly reports showing sales volume and potential salesUse 80/20 best practices to target customer accounts to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales/profit quotaTo Land This OpportunityYou have 5+ years of sales, business development, customer development, or account management experience with some experience in international businessYou are self-motivated, passionate, and hungry to make a big impact!You describe yourself as proactive – taking initiative and following through is a mustYou are resilient – you see rejection as an exciting challengeYou have a passion for building relationships and see each customer interaction as an opportunity to form a personal emotional connectionYou have fantastic communication skills and you're proficient in English and Spanish and/or other languages used in target regions (verbal and written)You have the ability to travel abroad as needed by air or car in the target regionAbout Your Future TeamAs an important part of our culture, we take huge pride in having fun.
