**Responsibilities**:- Identify, create, and capture new business opportunities in the electronic security sector, focusing on integrated solutions such as IP cameras, access control, alarms, and monitoring systems.- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with key clients, including sectors such as banking, retail, industrial, corporate, and government but not limited to these.- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market penetration and achieve growth targets in the region.- Conduct market studies to understand industry trends, competitors, and client needs, adapting business strategies accordingly- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.- Strategic planning to improve client results.- Present commercial proposals, participate in contract negotiations, and close deals with potential clients.- Ensure sales, profitability, and growth objectives defined by the company are met.- Working with design, sales team, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments to ensure all client needs met.- Collaborating with other sales team members to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with managers and directors.- Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.- Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients.Requirements and Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the electronic security, technology, or related sectors.- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.- Goal-oriented, organized team player.- Self-motivated and self-directed.- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.- In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry.- Eager to expand the company with new sales and clients.- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.- Bachelor's degree in electronics or electrical engineering.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.- English - intermediate level (written and spoken).- Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.- Strong negotiation and opportunity closing skills.- Willingness to travel within the region, as needed..- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.
