**Responsibilities**:
- Identify, create, and capture new business opportunities in the electronic security sector, focusing on integrated solutions such as IP cameras, access control, alarms, and monitoring systems.
- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with key clients, including sectors such as banking, retail, industrial, corporate, and government but not limited to these.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market penetration and achieve growth targets in the region.
- Conduct market studies to understand industry trends, competitors, and client needs, adapting business strategies accordingly
- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
- Strategic planning to improve client results.
- Present commercial proposals, participate in contract negotiations, and close deals with potential clients.
- Ensure sales, profitability, and growth objectives defined by the company are met.
- Working with design, sales team, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments to ensure all client needs met.
- Collaborating with other sales team members to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with managers and directors.
- Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
- Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the electronic security, technology, or related sectors.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Goal-oriented, organized team player.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
- In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry.
- Eager to expand the company with new sales and clients.
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in electronics or electrical engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.
- English - intermediate level (written and spoken).
- Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and opportunity closing skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region, as needed..
- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.
