OYO Mexico is looking for someone willing to grab the bull by the horns and get the job done; someone that can think on their feet and recover from setbacks quickly.Responsibilities:Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.Generate leads and cold call prospective customersMeet with customers/clients face to face orover the phoneBuild a joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable business association.Constant research on the catchment and identify key properties which can be acquired to do Business with OYO.Developing quotes and proposals for clients.Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.Resolve issues arising between Property Owners, Transformation Team & Operations Tem.Recoon Process:Timely payments and visibility of the same, managing disputes in the amountsPartners attention:Determined by the completion Tickets status solved / Total tickets assignedImportante empresa:3 to 5 years relevant Importante empresa in the Sales (mainly services, real state and hotel industries)Education:Bachelor degree Administration, Marketing or International relations.Language:Fluent in English (verbally and written)IMPORTANT:
