This shall be achieved by working together with the local customer centers ensuring they know where to go, to do, and how to do it in order to successfully develop this business. As the Division representatir Energy segment in the region, you will initiate, drive and develop the business in line with the global strater Energy together with the local CC organizationsThe goal will be to ensure we exceed our business plan targer Energy in Latin America within the current strategy period.Specifically, you wicus on:Market Mapping and analysis to understand and direct where are our best chance of successCoach and mentor the local management and sales teams to guide and support their activitiesMap and identify channel partners, and work with CCs to implement a successful channel strategyOwn (and take direct sales responsibilitr specific key accounts in the region Latin America, defined as Customer centers in Brazil,, and South AmericaRole DescriptionMap the Energy and associated segments across the entire Latin America Region and establish target sectors to priorities with the highest chance of success.Map and identify channel partners and work with the local organizations to recruit, retain and develop them.
