.The primary objective of this position is to drive new business opportunities across H&CO's suite of services within the market in which they operate. The ideal candidate will be passionate about international business and have experience assisting companies and individuals in succeeding with their international investments, operations, and expansion efforts.This business development role covers the entire sales cycle, from identifying and creating opportunities to closing deals. The successful candidate will build and sustain a strong pipeline of prospects that convert into clients, while also seizing opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell to existing H&CO clients. Moreover, this individual will develop a robust network within their market, thereby enhancing both H&CO's reputation and business pipeline.The primary focus areas for sales in Global Expansion include:International Tax and AccountingSAP Business One ImplementationHuman CapitalEntity ManagementResponsibilities:New Business Development: Build a robust pipeline of companies entering or leaving the assigned market, while also focusing on cross-selling to existing clients.Network Expansion: Develop and nurture a strong network of related firms to enhance H&CO's brand reputation and increase the market pipeline.Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Work closely with different H&CO divisions to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.CRM Management: Efficiently manage and track leads, clients, and sales processes using H&CO's CRM tools, from lead generation to proposal development and closing.Consultative Selling: Utilize consultative selling techniques to develop tailored proposals that align with clients' needs and H&CO's offerings.Deal Leadership: Act as the lead for multi-division deals, coordinating and guiding the client through the process while managing internal plans and deliverables.Proposal Development: Lead the development and delivery of multi-country proposals, ensuring they meet client needs and H&CO standards.Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline targets and sales quotas.Best Practices Development: Collaborate with H&CO leadership to establish and refine best practices for selling within your market and beyond.Leadership: Serve as a unifying leader, both externally and internally, in promoting and integrating H&CO's services.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in at least one of H&CO's service areas.Proven track record in selling to or advising companies with international operations from the home market.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is highly desirable.Strong relationship-building skills, ideally with an established professional network.Ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders across different countries and service lines
