**What you will do****How you will do it**- Analyze new business opportunities, develop sales plans and execute planned action steps in order to acquire- Participate with Business Development efforts and retention selling to ensure continued success and profitability of Tyco Fire Products.- Provide on site technical training to Architects, Consulting Engineers, AHJs, End Users (owners) and Key Accounts.- Develop and support sales training programs for internal and external representatives.- Coordinate with sales personnel to ensure they are aware of upcoming projects, opportunities and/or changes in customer specifications.- Provide detailed documentation on a timely basis on meetings, site visits and other critical information.- Participate in strategic planning processes with Director of Business Development.- Conduct research and analysis of business opportunities, consistent with organization's long range and strategic plans.- Implement market business plans and initiatives.- Explore and builds partner relationships to develop and/or enhance business alliances.- Conduct the research and analysis of business opportunities, assessing potential markets and developing projects for use in new marketing initiatives. Evaluates projects through financial feasibility studies, market research, and planning.- Identify new opportunities for TFPP by visiting existing and new customers.- Be responsive to the customers needs and follow through on all aspects of request, both written and verbal.**What we look for (required)**- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field of study.- Minimum 2-4 years' in business development / sales experience in Fire Suppression, Fire Alarm or Fire Protection industry.- Strong technical aptitude.- Excellent written and verbal communication.- Able to present in front of large audiences.- Strong leadership characteristics.- Organization and time management skills.- Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).- Ability to travel up to 60% throughout Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.**Preferred**- Experience working with industry decision-makers, engineers, AHJ's
