- Analyze new business opportunities, develop sales plans and execute planned action steps in order to acquire
- Participate with Business Development efforts and retention selling to ensure continued success and profitability of Tyco Fire Products.
- Provide on site technical training to Architects, Consulting Engineers, AHJs, End Users (owners) and Key Accounts.
- Develop and support sales training programs for internal and external representatives.
- Coordinate with sales personnel to ensure they are aware of upcoming projects, opportunities and/or changes in customer specifications.
- Provide detailed documentation on a timely basis on meetings, site visits and other critical information.
- Participate in strategic planning processes with Director of Business Development.
- Conduct research and analysis of business opportunities, consistent with organization's long range and strategic plans.
- Implement market business plans and initiatives.
- Explore and builds partner relationships to develop and/or enhance business alliances.
- Conduct the research and analysis of business opportunities, assessing potential markets and developing projects for use in new marketing initiatives. Evaluates projects through financial feasibility studies, market research, and planning.
- Identify new opportunities for TFPP by visiting existing and new customers.
- Be responsive to the customers needs and follow through on all aspects of request, both written and verbal.
**What we look for (required)**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field of study.
- Minimum 2-4 years' in business development / sales experience in Fire Suppression, Fire Alarm or Fire Protection industry.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Able to present in front of large audiences.
- Strong leadership characteristics.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Ability to travel up to 60% throughout Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.

- Experience working with industry decision-makers, engineers, AHJ's
