Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.Location: MexicoResponsibilities:You will be converting existing leads/partners into new business opportunities.You will manage and own a business development pipeline of new business opportunities which consistently delivers above-expected results.You will plan and prioritize sales activities and B2B relationships towards achieving agreed business goals.You will have regular performance management calls with partners.You will develop new B2B leads via market research, network events, social selling, marketing campaigns, and any other mode suitable for establishing new prospects.You will develop and manage trust relationships with a portfolio of partners to ensure client relationship excellence and generate long-lasting partnerships.You will maintain and develop existing partner relationships through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, relevant internal liaisons, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and client satisfaction.You will communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to ensure the correct products and services are delivered to partners in a timely manner.You will provide input into the future sales vision including new markets, new products, new customers, and new ways of doing business.You will meet monthly and annual sales targets set together with management.You will identify opportunities in the market and monitor general developments of competition.You will prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.Requirements:Institutional business development background.2+ years of experience in selling investment solutions to Financial institutions, Institutional Clients, Wealth Management, Call Centres, Family Offices, and/or private investors
