Business Development Manager - Plant Based

Main PurposeResponsible for the execution of the business development strategy (Marketing and Commercial) in the Foodservice and retail channel of Plant-Based MX, coordination of internal and external teams, planning and execution of commercial plans, and support projects. In addition to supporting the design of business development strategies by sharing insights from customers and consumerMain ResponsibilitiesCoordinates internal and external work Teams.Responsible for planning and designing business plans with Foodservice, and eventually retail clients.Design of development initiatives for clients, chains, and key stakeholders.Coordinates the development and purchase of Commercial Materials for FOSE, Events, Shopper and Trade Marketing.Carry out prospecting and sales visits with clients, as well as monitoring the visits and prospecting of customers that the Foodservice and Retail commercial team will carry outBe a Liaison role with the commercial team of Foodservice and Retail México, both Corporate and Commercial Operation.Provides training to the Foodservice and Retail Commercial Team on the category and platform of plant-based productsIs a representative or Voice of the CustomerComplementary Information**Key roles of the position**:Business or Commercial Development RoleTactical role of sales follow-up.Role of giving feedback or Input of what the client needs (communication from the bottom up) on Product issues (formulation), packaging, activations, etc.**Experience required for the position**:**At least 3 years of experience in positions of**: commercial / business development / marketing**Profile**:Entrepreneurial Attitude or Profile.Proactive and self-directed.Good communication.Interested in food / nutrition / foodie trendsChef's Background is desirable but not a limitation.Risk-taking
