Responsibilities RTSInternationaland Shamrock Trading Corporation are looking foraBusiness Development Managerto focus on our growth opportunities in Mexico. This is a 1099, contract sales position and is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and closing new accounts for RTS International within the region. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated with an outgoing, ambitious and dynamic sales personality.
Develop new international business opportunities using strategic salestactics, including but not limited to solicitation, client referrals, networking, development of agent relationships, lead generation through SEO, etc. Effectively present and explaincomplexfinancial products and theirintendedvalue to prospectiveclients Build and maintain new and current international customer relationships, through phone and in-personvisits Manage and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve monthly salesgoals Negotiate spreads and maximize profitability on all newbusiness Regularlycollaboratewith agent partners Follow up on sales leadsand clientreferrals Other duties asassigned Qualifications Bachelor's degreewith 5+ years of business development experience. Experience in the financial sector or selling services to manufacturers a plus. Demonstrated record of successproviding professional, solutions-based sales over the phone and in-person Self-driven with a proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Desire to workin a competitivesales and teamenvironment Proficiency intheMicrosoft Office suite of products Experience selling within Mexico Native Spanish proficiencyandEnglish business proficiencyrequired Must be ableto travel within Mexico without restrictions; up to 50% travelrequired Ideally located in any of the following cities: Monterrey, Guadalajara, or Mexico City #LI-KB1 #LI-Remote #rtsinternational
