The BDM is responsible for customer account planning, lead generation, building client relationships, delivering presentations and proposals, staying updated on market conditions, and negotiating and closing business deals. Additionally, the BDM is expected to provide thought leadership, support sales professionals, and participate in industry-related associations and conferences.The qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, at least 8 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, and expertise in solution sales and business development.
