**Accountability and Scope.
****Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
**- Understand and incorporate Incora - Haas Chemicals philosophy, values, visions and Sales initiatives in all behaviors, practices and decisions- Actively visit customers, new or existing, either independently and/or in conjunction with other Incora - Haas functions- Sell complete Incora - Haas Products- Ideally bring customers sales previous records- Meet and/or exceed annual goals (bookings, gross profit dollar and gross profit percentage)- Provide Sales, Marketing and Application Engineering coverage in an assigned area- Provide customers with basic design assistance and basic product demonstrations- Maintain professionalism, customer service and customer focus while building strategic partnerships with potential and existing Incora-Haas accounts- Develop and maintain partnering relationships with Incora - Haas vendor representatives- Work effectively with branch sales group assigned to representative's territory- Effectively communicate status of current customer activities and/or the status of new prospects, throughout Incora - Haas organization- Participate in joint sales calls with Outside Sales Director, as necessary- Submit periodic sales reports and expenses as required; and within adherence toapplicable policies and budgetary allowances- Attend regularly scheduled and impromptu Sales meetings and company-sponsored training, meetings and events, as required- Position can be based in Monterrey or Saltillo- Travel - greater than 30% of time**Education.
**BA or BS degree in Marketing, Engineering or Business is preferred ; or a combination of relevant education and experience.**Qualifications.
**- Desirable or advanced knowledge of chemical industry materials and specifications, projects- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Clear and accurate documentation skills- Strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently and ethically with both internal and external customers- Ability to be detailed oriented and perform in-depth research, if required- Strong competency working with integrated data systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and intermediate to advanced Word and Excel (i.E., spreadsheets, formulas, importing and exporting of files, as applicable) as required- Ability to travel**Experience.
**- 5 years minimum chemical Industry Outside Sales experience; or 5 years Chemical Inside Sales experience required- Current contacts and working relationships within the chemical/industrial market- Demonstrated basic to intermediate knowledge of Incora - Chemical customers, product lines and sales initiatives- Proven knowledge of industry materials and specification requirements- Proven sales growth in territory experienceTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $50,000.00 - $55,000
