6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules- Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies requires, and at least 8+ years of professional background- Fluency in both, Spanish and EnglishKey job responsibilities- Define the strategy and track towards key goals for all GC channels (Electronic, Brick and Mortar, and B2B).- Drive continuous improvement across the GC end-to-end customer journey.- Manage GC international team partnerships to improve product features.- Communicate GC regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership (i.E., WBR, QBR, flashes) including progress to goals, opportunities and roadblocks- Forecast MX GC key inputs partner with leadership teams in the annual budget planning process.- Work with existing and potential partner/vendor relationships to grow the B2B Gift Card business in MX through different use cases and verticals.- Increase GC NTAs, issuance, and profitability in B2B channel.- Drive GC B2B key input and output goals, including new business signings, new business issuance, discount rate, and profitability targets.- Independently manage complex contract negotiations for new and renewal B2B clients while working with senior executives inside and outside of Amazon- Identify and develop cross-sell or bundling opportunities with other Amazon business units that can be offered in conjunction with Amazon Gift Cards- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements- Experience developing, leading, negotiating and executing corporate and/or business transactions
