For more information visit www.Quantum.Com.Job Summary:This position is for a motivated, business-minded sales professional who will be responsible for actively finding and qualifying projects with new accounts and setting appointments for the Sales Team. In this role, you will be prospecting, engaging, and nurturing potential customers by leveraging Quantum and self-created campaigns based upon our general market focus.Job Duties:The Sales Development Representative (SDR) builds sales pipeline while achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.Establish, develop, and grow new business relationships over the phone with influential contacts within Key Accounts.Understand an organization's business drivers, challenges, and pain points.Identify new sales opportunities and pass leads to Account Executives.Partner with Account Executives to effectively create regional territory plans.Utilize and leverage internal and external technology to identify, develop, and manage marketing leads effectively, including sources such as CRM, social media, search engines, and press releases.Job Qualifications:Need to have strong English speaking and writing skills.1-2 years of prior experience with telemarketing, lead generation, or cold calling.Must be confident on the phone and proficient in creating a call list.Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills.A general understanding of Information Technology, Cloud, and SaaS offerings.Salesforce.Com experience is a plus.Being able to work long hours behind a desk and phone, in an office environment.Capable to manage and succeed in a high-stress environment.Strong organizational skills around daily goals and future objectives.Ability to build meaningful business relationships with IT professionals, prospects, and internal colleagues.A growth mindset, consistently working to improve your skills and adapt in a constantly changing environment.Humble confidence, and the ability to differentiate yourself to customers.Travel for training and/or meetings may occasionally be required.Self-starter, independent learner, competitive.Education:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications, Computer Science.#J-18808-Ljbffr
