.The Company Teletrac Navman is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider leveraging location-based technology that empowers people managing mobile assets to move their business forward with certainty. The Position We're looking to add a Bi-lingual Business Development Representative to join Teletrac Navman! This role will be the first point of contact for our sales prospects, develop a deep understanding of customer needs, and create qualified prospects for the sales teams. In this role, you'll get to: Customer-Centric Focus: Ability to see things through the customer's eyes, deliver upon their needs, and serve as their advocate internally. Positive Attitude: Possess the drive to exceed expectations, think creatively, and use problem-solving skills to encourage customers to explore our products. Continuous Learning: Ability and willingness to take the initiative and dedicate the necessary time and energy to learning new information and identifying new techniques that will help the lead generation activities be more successful. Business Communicator: Possess the business acumen to position the Teletrac Navman solution as a strategic advantage for our customers. Must clearly articulate business decision drivers, costs, and benefits. Create a great first impression on our prospects by providing them with a world-class experience. Nurture warm prospects who are not yet ready to purchase by maintaining the relationship through email and phone conversations and assessing the prospect's pain points and drivers for the purchase decision. Approach companies that could benefit from Teletrac Navman solutions using outbound calling techniques. Set sales discovery meetings for our team of telematics experts. Utilise sales and marketing software platforms like Salesforce and SalesLoft to maximize effectiveness. Partner with experienced Account Executives to increase their sales pipeline. Continually increase your product knowledge by working closely with our Training Specialist and Product Development teams. Develop and execute prospect-specific engagement plans so Teletrac Navman is front of mind through the prospect's buying cycle. Engage with prospects as part of follow-up on marketing campaigns. Maintain an appropriate level of daily, weekly, and monthly activity to develop business demand to help achieve aggressive monthly goals and targets. Other duties/projects as required. Qualifications At Teletrac Navman, we believe in your potential to make an impact. And we believe in giving you the opportunity, accountability, and visibility to do just that. We are looking for people who: 2+ years of B2B experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer-centric role. Hungry! Demonstrate a strong desire and ability to hit targets and exceed expectations. Must have good cold-calling skills and techniques, in English and Spanish. Demonstrate strong communication skills over the phone and when using video conferencing tools
