Are you determined, forward-thinking Architect or Engineer with a good understanding of the market and experienced in prospecting new clients in the Architectural or Construction sectors? Interested in joining a new project in Mexico? Join our office in Mexico City and collaborate to the business establishment and growth of the firm.Our firm is currently seeking to fill a Business Development Representative position reporting to and working closely with the Business Development Officer.Business Development responsibilities may include:Identify potential clients and projects requiring the services of the firm.Make direct contacts with leads, prospects, clients (who are prospects) and coordinate others with regard to submittal of presentations, interviews etc.Attend events and shows for networking and take advantage of face to face marketing and connect with potential clients.Track, develop and maintain client and project leads utilizing Deltek Vision CRM and/or Salesforce CRM.Handle and assist in the preparation of formal presentations including gathering of information, selection of collateral materials, graphics, and slides.Develop and maintain project profile information and integrate into CRM and company website through marketing team. Work with the marketing team to maintain a successful LinkedIn account.Communicate and follow-up with all past clients through correspondence, calls and meetingsBuild lasting relationships within the industry.Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture or related discipline.Desirable Knowledge of Building Envelope or Roofing.5 years of Business development or Sales experience.Broad construction market knowledge is a must.Experience working within Architectural, Engineering, Construction, or related industry.Fluent verbal and written English because reports to USA people.Exceptional personal communication, relationship building and problem-solving skillsA demonstrated track record of creating new business opportunities.Proficiency with a CRM contact software (Deltek Vision or Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.Digital Marketing tools Knowledge.Must be free to travel as defined by business development opportunities.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per monthExperience:related proven: 5 years (Preferred)Language:English fluently (Required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in 11000, Ciudad de México, CDMXApplication Deadline: 15/09/2024Expected Start Date: 01/10/2024#J-18808-Ljbffr
