.About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, particularly within the Hispanic Latin American market. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing relationships, and ultimately driving revenue growth through outbound efforts.What will you do:Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities within the Hispanic Latin American market.Discover new accounts not created in the CRM and ensure their accurate documentation within the system.Attend events and industry conferences to network and generate leads (occasionally required, preferably based in Bogotá).Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies.Leverage your expertise in SaaS solutions to articulate the value proposition of CleverTap's platform to potential clients.Utilize a variety of tools, including Salesforce.Com, Sales Navigator, Lusha, Outreach, and Apollo, to streamline sales processes and maximize efficiency.Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to establish rapport and understand their business needs.Conduct thorough research on target accounts and industries to tailor outreach efforts effectively.Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in our CRM system.What are we looking for?Key Requirements:Minimum of 6 months of experience in outbound sales as a BDR.Minimum of 12 months of experience in the SaaS industry.Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Salesforce.Com, Sales Navigator, Lusha, Outreach, and Apollo.Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English.Strong understanding of BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) qualification methodology.Experience working within the Mexican and Colombian markets is preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.Measures of Success:Qualified leads.Funnel size.Conversion rates.Competencies:Functional: Mobile marketing expertise, Martech understanding, Result oriented are desirable.Behavioral: Problem Solving, Consultative selling, Communication and presentation skills, Negotiation Skills.Who will you report to: Regional Sales Director LATAMWhy join us?Be a part of a global growth stage startup.Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your contribution matters.You are passionate about technology and its impact on the high growth mobile technology space.Innovate at scale, with learning opportunities.What is working at CleverTap like?Be a part of a global category creator.Hyper growth B2B SaaS startup.Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your contribution matters
