Who are we looking for? At Thirdera, the Business Development Representative monitors sales metrics and manages the entire sales administration process. You should be able to generate prospects and build and support a high-performance sales team to ensure commercial growth.
Your primary focus as a Business Development Representative is to provide technical support for sales.
Identify and expand target customer accountsCold outreach and prospectingManage leads through the lead flow cycleFollow up on marketing leads and qualify potential opportunitiesUse customer feedback to generate ideas about new initiatives or solutionsResearch and discover methods to increase customer engagementTrack progress and results of the meetings that have been achieved and if opportunities from these contacts have been developed by the salesperson.Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalentCommercial and client relationship management experience (3-4 years)Experience with prospecting tools to create target lists (i.e., Zoom Info, LinkedIn, Salesforce)Excellent ability to manage and build relationshipsStrong communication skills (Spanish and English).Salary Range: Welcome to Pay for Performance!
