**Work Arrangement**: Fully remote, with availability for meetings during EST business hours.

**Role Overview**:As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of the company by identifying and generating new business opportunities.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional passionate about building relationships and contributing to the company's success in the financial consulting space.
**Your Impact**:Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding the client's customer base, increasing sales pipeline volume, and establishing the company as a trusted partner in financial consulting.
You will help secure key client relationships and ensure long-term growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Prospecting & Outreach:- Research target companies and decision-makers to build a robust sales pipeline.- Client Engagement:- Schedule and set up meetings for senior sales executives.- Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach campaigns and materials.- Process Improvement:- Provide feedback on lead quality to refine targeting strategies.- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.- Onboarding & Development:- Shadow senior executives on client calls.- Familiarize yourself with company services, sales collateral, and tools.
**Requirements**:**Must-Have**:- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in consulting or professional services.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting targets.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging senior executives.- Experience using CRM platforms (e.G., Salesforce, HubSpot).- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
**Nice-to-Have**:- Familiarity with financial consulting or professional services.- Strong analytical mindset to provide insights on market trends
