MezTal is actively seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with US experience to join our expanding team.
The ideal candidate is a driven professional capable of engaging prospects, building relationships, and understanding the unique needs of our clients.
This role is pivotal for driving business growth and will be focused on identifying new sales opportunities across various sectors.
You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that attract new clients and foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct research to identify potential clients and market trends specific to the US market.
Initiate outreach to prospects through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media.
Qualify leads and generate interest in our staffing solutions, setting up meetings for the sales team.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their staffing needs and business objectives.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine and enhance outreach strategies based on client feedback and market insights.
Track and report on key metrics related to lead generation and sales performance.
Requirements 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a staffing or recruitment environment.
Experience working with clients in the US market is essential.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Self-starter with a strong sense of motivation and urgency.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
A collaborative spirit and willingness to work as part of a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced English proficiency.
