**Business Development Executive - Tech Industry****About The Role**As a Business Development Executive, you'll be the first person to reach out to our potential customers and help in developing and executing business development opportunities.This is a key role in bringing sales opportunities for VadoDevs**Key Responsibilities**:**Prospecting Activities**- High-volume prospecting and lead generation by creating and mapping target companies.- Summarizing business descriptions and reviewing websites.- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.- Drive to achieve goals and objectives set by the company.
**Sales Activities**:- Drive and lead sales meetings with potential customers.- Generate business proposals.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
**Marketing Activities**:- Work closely with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs for the marketing team to build campaigns.- Ensure a seamless flow of information and strategies between the sales and marketing teams.
**Team Activities**:- Lead, manage, and mentor a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.- monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback.- Report on sales results, including forecast and performance metrics.- Adjust sales strategies based on analytics and feedback.- Train new sales representatives on products, services, and sales techniques.- Identify training needs and opportunities for team development.- Attend internal meetings with the other areas of the companies.
