**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business development goals and targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for business expansion.
- Monitor and report on business development activities, performance, and results.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the (industry) sector and market dynamics is preferred.
