This role encompasses reporting, forecasting, performance tracking, supporting strategic decisions, and partnering with department managers. Success in this role will require understanding the Support Function Costs key drivers, establishing strong relationships with the cost owners, and driving improvements in reporting and forecasting processes.Perform analysis of ASCO Support Function Cost results, generate reporting to highlight key variances, and communicate findings to Finance and department leadership.Drive Rolling Forecast processes of Support Function Cost, prepare templates and consolidations, analyze forecast submissions, and track performance against budget.Strong partnership with department leaders to ensure understanding of financial results, forecasts, and budgets.Lead investments, cost savings, and tactical actions tracking, and provide support within Investment cycles, including investment requests preparation and consolidation.Annual processes support, such as Support Function Cost restatements, budget setting, and efficiency targets.Collaborate with Accounting to ensure all Support Function Costs are recorded correctly and with Digital teams in automating and standardizing manual reports.Lead and contribute to transversal initiatives, support the team in ad hoc requests resolution, and drive processes and reporting improvements.QualificationsSkills and Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics3-5 years of related financial experience, preferably in FP&AStrong financial and analytical skills with proven business acumenAdvanced PC skills (emphasis on MS Excel, Tableau, SAP, SQL)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills including handling multiple demands and assignments and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficientlySelf-starter comfortable working independently and with limited directionProcess improvement and problem-solver mentality#J-18808-Ljbffr
