**The Position: The Business Insight Specialist** Strategically analyzes data to interpret trends and performance, supporting growth and internal alignment.
Supports and facilitates decision-making for Business Direction, Sales, and Market Development.
- **What you will do**:
- Provides regional business management data on volume, pricing, profitability, demand forecasts, costs, and market trends.
- Identifies trends and suggests or implements actions to replicate successes or address issues.
- Delivers accurate financial forecasts based on sales demand planning.
- Designs and manages pricing calculation sheets for various customers/products.
- Supports development and improvement of reports and tools to deepen business insights and guide actions.
- Collaborates with Business management and Controlling on profitability data to inform decisions.
- Analyzes market share and competitive positioning for different product lines.
- Coordinates with Sales and Planning on slow-moving inventory and special sales.
- Participate actively on all activities related with ISO 9001 and 14001 that corresponds to its job.
**What you will bring**:
- **Level of education & knowledge**:
- Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or Administration, Marketing.
Advanced English.
- **Experience in general**:
- 2-5 years of experience working in relates areas (Commercial, Information management)
- **Technical skills**:
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Statistic control tools
- Strong numeric thinking
- SAP experience
- Microsoft office
