**Key Responsibilities**:
1. CRM Administration:
- Manage and maintain the company's CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within the CRM
- Configure and customize the CRM to align with business requirements
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the CRM system
- Provide training and support to CRM users
2. Dashboard Creation and KPI Reporting:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and create customized dashboards
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various departments
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to leadership and relevant teams
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in KPI data and provide recommendation
3. Systems Integration:
- Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between integrated systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner
**What are we looking for?**
- **Strong proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics**:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of success in a business intelligence, information systems, software engineering, product or other technical role
- Experience working directly with sales teams and implementing their requirements in the CRM system.
- Solid understanding of database concepts
- Familiarity with SQL or similar programming language nice to have
- EPIC personality (empathy, patience, integrity and compassion).
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Passionate about improving healthcare access for the Spanish-speaking community in the U.S.
- Familiarity with U.S. healthcare system, nice to have
- 100% user adoption, with >90% internal user satisfaction
- Expedient mitigation of bugs
- Help the Sales Team maintain pipeline hygiene so they can bring in more sales and close a higher percentage of their opportunities
- Help our Patient Navigators retain a higher percentage of our patients
- Work closely with our IT and Tech team to make sure our data is accurate and accessible
